Description of the service

Loonfeather sells advertising placements described in full on our advertising page: the Neighbourhood Listing, the Mirrored Mention Pair, and the Reflection Season Package, at the prices published there.

Eligibility and user obligations

By booking a placement you confirm you are authorized to act for the business or organization named, and that the creative material you supply is accurate and lawful.

Bookings, orders and payments

Placements are confirmed in writing, in Canadian dollars, at the price published for that placement at the time of confirmation. Payment terms are set out at confirmation. Intellectual property

The Loonfeather name, logo and site content belong to MÉDIAS GRIFFINTOWN INC.. Material you supply for a placement (your logo, copy, photographs) remains yours; you grant us the right to publish it for the run of your booking.

Acceptable use

You may not submit creative material that is unlawful, defamatory or misleading, or that infringes another party's rights.

Accuracy and availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep placement details and prices accurate, but services and prices may change; the final scope of a booking is confirmed in writing at the time you book.

Results. Outcomes from an advertising placement depend on individual circumstances; we do not guarantee a specific level of response.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, any liability of MÉDIAS GRIFFINTOWN INC. arising from this site or a placement does not exceed the amount paid for that placement.

Payment & Refund Policy

Scope. This policy covers payments made for advertising placements booked through Loonfeather.

Eligibility. A request made before creative material has been submitted and before the placement has started is eligible for a full refund. Once a placement has started running, remaining unused weeks of a multi-week placement may be eligible for a partial refund.

How to request. Send your booking reference and the reason for your request to [email protected] or call +1 514-934-2474.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable cases. A placement that has already run in full, or creative production work already completed at your request, is not refundable.

Returns Policy

How to cancel. Write to [email protected] or call +1 514-934-2474 during Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:30.

Returns windows. Cancelling more than five business days before a confirmed start date carries no charge; cancelling within five business days may forfeit a portion of the deposit used to hold your production slot.

Rescheduling. Where our schedule allows, we offer rescheduling to a later date as an alternative to cancelling.

Returnss by us. If we are unable to deliver a confirmed placement, we offer a full refund or a rebooking at your choice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
