Do you produce the audio, or do I need to record anything?
We produce and read the host mentions ourselves. You only need to send your business details and any specific wording you want included; you don't need to record anything.
How long does a placement stay live?
Exactly as long as stated for that placement: 30 days for the Neighbourhood Listing, two weeks for the Mirrored Mention Pair, six weeks for the Reflection Season Package.

How do I start a booking?
Send a message through the contact form on the home page, or write to us directly, naming the placement and the dates you'd prefer. We confirm availability and price in writing before anything is scheduled.
What happens after I send the first message?
We check availability against our production calendar, especially for the podcast-paired placements, and reply with confirmed dates and next steps for your creative.
How much lead time do you need?
A Neighbourhood Listing can often start within a few business days. The Mirrored Mention Pair and Reflection Season Package need more notice, since podcast recording follows our regular episode schedule; creative is due five business days before a placement's start date.
What does the planning step involve?
For paired placements, it's a short call or written exchange to align your message across the sidebar and the host script, so both say the same thing.
Pricing and payment
What do the prices include?
Each price covers the run length, format and deliverables listed for that placement — nothing is added afterward without your agreement. See the pricing note on the advertising page.
Is CAD the only currency?
Yes, all three prices are quoted and invoiced in Canadian dollars.
What if I need to cancel or change a booking?
